1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of fazer.ai Ltda ("fazer.ai", "we", "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Services

fazer.ai offers consulting, development and implementation services for Artificial Intelligence solutions, including but not limited to:

• Rapid Scale Testing of AI solutions
• Custom Special AI Projects
• Technical consulting on automation and smart agents
• Access to platforms and tools developed by fazer.ai

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:

• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the services
• Reproduce, duplicate or resell any part of the services without express authorization

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, methodologies and technologies developed by fazer.ai are the exclusive property of fazer.ai Ltda, protected by intellectual property laws. Use of our services does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you, except when expressly agreed upon in a specific contract.

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared by our clients during the provision of services. We expect the same commitment regarding our methodologies, technologies and proprietary information.

6. Limitation of Liability

fazer.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.

7. Payments and Cancellations

Payment terms will be defined in a specific contract for each service. Cancellation and refund policies will be agreed upon individually according to the nature of the contracted service.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice. Continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.
